Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Costs:

Currently we only ship to counties in the Republic of Ireland for a flat rate of €5.95 and delivery is FREE on all orders over €75. If an international order is placed, this order will be cancelled and any monies refunded. 

While we are adding to our online catalogue not all bikes will be available to check out through our website but orders can be processed via email or phone. 

Shipping Times:

Orders are dispatched using a courier Monday to Friday and we will endeavour to process your order within 2-4 business days for bikes and 1-3 days for accessories. We will email you a confirmation when your goods have been shipped. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery. 

There are no deliveries on Saturdays or Bank Holidays. 

Please note: Shipping times are estimates only and not 100% guaranteed. We do not accept liability for failure to deliver the goods within the times specified as a result of shipment delays from our suppliers or from factors outside our control. 

Please allow extra days for shipping at certain times of the year when demand is particularly high, i.e Christmas, etc.

If you need to make any changes to your order please contact us at info@buckleycycles.ie as soon as you can. We are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Christmas: 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee items will be delivered from December 15th as we use a courier service. For peace of mind, you can still use our click and collect service.

Returns: 

If you change you mind about any item you can return it within 14 days after delivery for a full refund, excluding any shipping costs which are, unless otherwise stated, always to be borne by the buyer unless you are returning due to an error on our part. Goods must be returned unused in original packaging. Please contact us first for a returns authorisation. 

After we have processed the refund, you will need to allow sufficient time for your card issuer to make the funds available. Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to show on your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it.

Refunds are always made back to the original form of payment.

Website Errors:

While we make every effort to ensure that the products sold through our website are correctly priced, mistakes can happen. We apologise for any errors that may arise. If a genuine error is discovered in the price of goods on our website, we will inform you as soon as possible. We reserve the right not to proceed with your order as we are not obliged to fulfill a order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price.
