Returns Policy

RETURNS:

You must contact us prior to making any returns. In accordance with the distance selling regulations, we will accept all purchases back within 14 days of delivery. In order to exercise your right of revocation you must notify us of your decision to revoke the contract by sending us an unequivocal declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an e-mail). Goods must be returned unused in original packaging, accompanied by original receipt/invoice and in a saleable condition if a refund is required. Distance selling regulations dictates that the return of your product is at your cost therefore any carriage costs will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment which you used for the original transaction.

Warranty:

If the goods need to be returned for a repair under the manufacturers warranty, please contact us prior to returning them. Frames have different warranty policies - for different types of frames please call us or check the manufacturer's website, where applicable. Goods returned with a manufacturers fault will be sent back for inspection. Some manufacturers require items be sent directly to them for repairs (e.g. wheels), so please contact us for more advice. We do reserve the right to refuse a return request if the item appears damaged due to misuse. For details on individual product guarantees please contact us. If you are returning Faulty Goods, please return them in a clean condition as we are unable to accept any soiled goods.

Goods Wrongly Delivered or Damaged in Transit:

If the goods need to be returned because of a mistake by Buckley Cycles Ltd, such as sending the wrong goods, or if the goods arrive damaged, we will be happy to refund the standard cost of posting the goods back to us - please contact us immediately. Goods must be returned unused within 7 days, in their original packaging and with a completed Returns Form..

Additional Information:

  1. Any returns items which are deemed as not defective and not our error, returned under distance buying regulations, will be subject to the customer paying the return cost for postage & packing.
  2. Deposits are non-refundable.
  3. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 40% re-stocking charge for special orders and 15% for non special orders
  4. You will be charged for spares and repairs if the product has been damaged accidentally, through misuse, fair wear and tear or undue force within the guarantee period.
  5. In circumstances where a replacement item is required before we received the faulty item back, it will be charged at full price until the faulty item is received by us.
  6. Goods must be in their original manufacturers packaging and unused

Any refunds are paid automatically to the account you used for payment. For payments on account and advance payment by funds transfer, the refund will be sent to the account from which the payment was made. If you paid by debit/credit card, the refund will be sent to your debit/credit card account. If you used a gift voucher for your purchase, we will credit the relevant amount to your gift voucher account.
